We accept same-day bookings with no less than 2 hours in advance, and we also accept pre-arranged bookings with no more than 2 weeks in advance.

Trips From Chicago to Chicago
We currently do not handle Chicago to Chicago trips & TAP trips
- Trips originating in Chicago: $0.00 (no booking fee)
- Trips originating from O’Hare or Midway Airports: $15.00
- Trips originating in the Suburbs: Determined by pickup location and type of trip. Please contact us for pricing.
- Waiting Time Fee: The first 15 minutes are FREE, then A $0.75 per minute waiting time fee will be added if required waiting time exceeds 15 minutes.
- Parking Fee: ONLY applies to trips where waiting is required and a free parking is not available.
- Baby/Child Seat Rental: A $25 per seat, up to 2 seats per vehicle. You must request this service in advance when booking your trip.
- Manual Wheelchair Rental: $40 per chair, ONLY 1 wheelchair per vehicle. You must request this service in advance when booking your trip.
- Cleanup Fee: A $50.00 cleanup fee will be added if the passenger vomits or defecates in the vehicle.
There is No Additional Charge for The Following:
- No charge for your accompanied escort and additional passengers. ONLY up to 4 additional passengers per vehicle can travel along depending on the size of wheelchair or power scooter.
- No charge for the first 15 minutes of wait.
- No charge for luggage.
- No charge for service animals.
- No charge for tolls.
A Tip (gratuity) is not included in the trip cost, but it’s always appreciated. Gratuities are always paid in full to the driver and you may request to add them on your card at the time of booking your trip, or you may choose to pay them in cash directly to the driver at the end of your trip.
Refunds & Cancellation Fees:
- No cancellation fee if a trip is a canceled no less than 24 hour prior to pickup time. A full refund will then be issued back to the card used to book that trip, and funds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.
- A 35% cancellation fee applies to all one-way and round trips canceled less than 24 hour prior to pickup time, which includes trips booked for same-day or immediate pick up. A refund minus 35% cancellation fee will then be issued back to the card used to book that trip, and funds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.
- No-Show: If you don’t show up for your trip or cancel your trip after the driver has arrived to your pick up location on time, you will be billed for the full price of the trip (or at least 50% NO-SHOW FEE depending on the circumstances). Please understand that we have to compensate for loss of business and driver’s time, so there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
